If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us to work out a return or exchange!
Note: Free gifts may not be returned for refund or store credit. Items must be received in like new and original condition. We do not accept any used products!
We will refund the full cost, less any shipping charges!
In the unlikely event your purchase arrives damaged or broken, keep all packaging materials in as close to original condition as possible – a picture may be needed to receive a refund. In even more rare cases a shipping company representative may need to visually inspect the package in order to receive credit. Claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
